If you are using this site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Scope of Business (B2B) This website is intended for commercial property managers, HOAs, and business owners seeking professional landscaping and property maintenance services. Information provided on this site does not constitute a binding contract. All landscaping projects and maintenance agreements require a separate, signed written Service Agreement to be valid.

3. Governing Law & Venue These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this site—including the English Garden Care logo, project photography, landscape designs, and proprietary maintenance methodologies—is the property of Verde Property Services and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our portfolio images for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Accuracy of Quotes and Estimates Any online “request for quote” or estimated pricing is preliminary. Final pricing is subject to a physical site inspection and the issuance of a formal proposal. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors caused by technical glitches.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Verde Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for accessing this site.

7. Supplemental Terms for Contests & Promotions Promotions and “Free Property Assessment” giveaways are limited to commercial property owners or authorized managers located within our service areas in Sacramento County and surrounding regions. No purchase is necessary for sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within 90 days. By entering, you grant us the right to use “Before and After” photos of the property for marketing.
